HydroGlow is committed to complying with the requirements of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), and we expect all users of our platform to do the same. If we receive a written notification in accordance with the DMCA claiming that any content on our website infringes upon the intellectual property rights of another party, we will promptly act to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. This includes forwarding the original complaint to the user who uploaded the content in question, along with the contact information provided by the complainant, unless prohibited by law.

Counter-Notification Process

If you believe your content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification, you are entitled to submit a counter-notification. To be legally valid, your counter-notice must include:

• Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your district (or if outside the U.S., a court where the service provider is located), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or their agent.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will notify the complainant and may reinstate the content in 10 to 14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action. We take abuse of the DMCA process seriously and reserve the right to take action against false notices.
