Refund Policy

At HydroGlow, we strive to provide high-quality car cleaning services that leave your vehicle looking its best. We understand that unexpected changes can happen, and we are committed to ensuring a fair and transparent refund policy for all our customers.

1. Service Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 2 days (48 hours) before your scheduled car wash appointment are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of the appointment are eligible for a 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable, as preparation and scheduling costs are already incurred.

2. No-Shows

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and fail to notify us in advance, your service will be marked as a no-show, and no refund will be provided.

3. Dissatisfaction with Service

If you are not satisfied with the results of your car wash, please let us know within 24 hours of service completion.

We will offer a free rewash or, in certain cases, a partial refund depending on the nature of the issue.

Please provide photos or bring your vehicle back for assessment if necessary.

4. Weather-Related Rescheduling

In case of rain or severe weather conditions, we may need to reschedule your car wash appointment.

You will have the option to either reschedule at no additional cost or receive a full refund if we are unable to accommodate your new preferred time.

5. Prepaid Packages

Prepaid car wash packages are non-refundable, but they do not expire and can be transferred to another person upon request.

Missed individual washes in a package are not refunded, so please ensure appointments are scheduled in advance.

6. Incorrect Service

If you received the wrong service package or did not receive what was included in your selected option, we will gladly upgrade or redo the service at no additional cost.

Please report such issues immediately upon service completion.
